At StoryNest, we strive to provide high-quality book subscription boxes and one-time products. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. No Refunds on Subscription Boxes
• All subscription box sales are final and non-refundable.
• Once an order has been processed, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
• If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so before your next billing cycle (see Subscription Policy for details).

1.2. No Refunds on Prepaid Subscriptions
• Prepaid 3-month and 6-month subscription plans are non-refundable.
• If you cancel before the end of your prepaid term, you will continue to receive your remaining boxes, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion.

1.3. No Refunds on Limited Edition & One-Time Purchases
• Special edition boxes, one-time purchases, and exclusive items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

2.1. Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for review.
• We will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.

2.2. Missing or Incorrect Items
• If your order is missing an item or contains an incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will send a replacement for missing or incorrect items as long as stock is available.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

3.1. Once an order has been shipped, StoryNest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3.2. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service and neighbors.
3.3. If the package cannot be located, we will do our best to assist you, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.

4.1. If a chargeback or dispute is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to refuse future service.
