1. Subscription Plans & Pricing

1.1. StoryNest offers the following prepaid subscription plans:
• Monthly Prepay: $25.99 per box
• 3-Month Prepay: $25.99 per box (billed upfront for 3 months)
• 6-Month Prepay: $24.99 per box (billed upfront for 6 months)

2. Billing & Payments

2.1. Automatic Renewal
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• The billing date is based on your original subscription purchase date.

2.2. Payment Processing
• Payments are processed at the time of sign-up and on a recurring basis for prepaid plans.
• By subscribing, you authorize StoryNest to charge your payment method for each renewal.

• If a payment fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment method.
• If payment is not updated within a set period, your subscription may be canceled.
3. Shipping & Delivery

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Prepaid subscriptions (3-month & 6-month plans) cannot be refunded after purchase but will continue until the end of the prepaid period.

• Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate charges or errors on our part.
